North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners Present Donation to NEF

On Monday, September 24, 2018, NTE Mobility Partners (NTEMP) presented the NEF Board of Directors with a $20,000 donation! This generous donation will support the foundation's mission through educators who receive STEM related innovative teaching grants and a scholarship for a graduating senior pursuing an engineering degree.

“We are thrilled to begin a partnership with LBJ Express and North Tarrant Express,” said Executive Director Emily Conklin. “The impact this donation will make for our educators and students is exciting. I can’t wait to see how we can work together.”

The foundation’s innovative teaching grants allow teachers to take a more creative approach to education and dream bigger. Student scholarships are awarded annually to help ensure that Northwest ISD graduates continue their paths to success, even after they leave the district.

This is the first of many presentations in the 2018-19 academic school year. As grant recipients are revealed, the Northwest ISD Education Foundation and NTEMP will join together to surprise the winning teachers with big checks!
